  • Prepare marketing brochure to be given to prospective buyers

  • Coordinate all internet advertising

  • Submit your home to my personal web site, as well as all affiliated websites available to the public at large

  • Host Brokers Open for Multiple offices within first 10 days of listing the property if applicable

  • Promptly call, or email all agents who have shown or previewed the property

  • Forward all showing comments to you, the Seller

  • Visit the property frequently to check marketing supplies
